Hvordan blir drømmer til virkelighet? Hva er dine visjoner, og hvor er du i dine drømmer? I denne workshopen bringer vi lys på prosessen – hvordan manifesterer vi det vi drømmer om? Vi lærer om arbeidet som tar drømmen videre, og ser på hvordan vi kan skape det vi drømmer om. Vi kombinerer yogafilosofi med manifestering – og binder sammen innsikt om yoga, drømmer og funksjonell og praktisk tilnærming.
