The more you step into the realms of your being, the more you let go of your need to control any situation. You learn to flow between what is. The known and the unknown, the things that turn out the way you think and the things that are out of your control. And you learn that Peace is inside of you, and when peace is in your being – in your bones, your skin, your heart and your mind ...you feel joy. Immense, bright and blissful joy. You feel alive. Present and blessed. This is a practice of being. Love. And of letting the quality of who you are shine through.
So far I've successfully co-arranged many yoga retreats with Jomfrureiser, Viljareier and Apollo to the most lovely places in Spain, Italy, Mallorca and Greece. I'm looking forward to many more.
We have little time, so spend it wisely. Love more. Just love more and your life will change drastically.
